Configuring cartridges in iStrelok [iOS]

Zero your rifle with first cartridge in the list (Item 1 on the picture). See previous part

Cartridge 2

1. Assume, you need to configure your rifle for cold bore shot with same cartridge. Select Cartridge 2 in the list and rename it to "Federal SMK 168 cold bore". Input the same parameters as in Cartridge 1

Clean you barrel and shoot with cold burrel to the target (at the 1st cartridge zero distance) without any scope correction (Item 2 on the picture)

Measure vertical (0.5 inches) an horizontal offset (0) of the group and enter this values to the Cartridge

Cartridge 3

1. Assume, you need to configure your rifle for shot with silencer with same cartridge. Select Cartridge 3 in the list and rename it to "Federal SMK 168 with silencer". Input the same parameters as in Cartridge 1

Put silencer on your barrel and shoot with cold barrel (at the 1st cartridge zero distance) to the target without any scope correction (Item 3 on the picture)

Measure vertical (-0.5 inches) an horizontal offset (-0.5 inches) of the group and enter this values to the Cartridge

Cartridge 4

1. Assume, you want to use with your rifle another cartridge. Select Cartridge 4 in the list and rename it to "Berger 155 VLD". Input all parameters

 

Charge this cartridge and shoot (at the 1st cartridge zero distance) to the target without any scope correction (Item 4 on the picture)

Measure vertical (-1.0 inches) an horizontal offset (0.5 inches) of the group and enter this values to the Cartridge
